Hard Wired System

When it comes to protecting your home, there is nothing better than state of the art Honeywell equipment. Security USA is your local Honeywell authorized dealer.

For the hard-wired system we recommend the Vista 20. This powerful system supports multi-zones and can communicate with either a land line or cellular device. So, if you don’t have a phone line, or if you have a VOIP phone (like Vonage), the system will still work. It also comes with a 24-hour backup battery and a loud siren.

If you contact us online, our complimentary wired system comes with up to 13 door and/or window contacts, one motion detector and one keyfob (a key-chain remote control unit to arm and disarm your system and to make emergency calls).

Fire, Medical, Police Emergency
The Vista 20 also supports compatible smoke and heat detectors and can immediately report to the monitoring center in case of fire. The Vista 20 is also capable of reporting Medical emergencies. Every keyfob and every keypad has a special programmed key that alerts the monitoring station to dispatch 911 when this key is activated.

Two-Way-Voice
The Vista 20 is also capable of 2-way voice communication. Emergency buttons (keyfob or medical) allow a user to call ADT remotely and ADT will respond over the system’s built-in speakerphone. Get help from ADT without touching the keypad or a phone!

Two-Way-Voice also means that if a burglar in your home trips an alarm, the monitoring station will get a call, listen on the line, and confront the burglar by asking for a password. The next step will be to dispatch the police, alerting the police that there is a burglary in progress. Police respond with top priority to audio-verified alarms.

Need To Go Wireless?

If your house is not pre-wired for security, there is no need to worry. We recommend the Honeywell Lynx System. The Lynx system is a wireless system with the same capability as the Vista 20 mentioned above. Self-diagnostics and unit status reports to the panel make the Lynx a reliable, ideal alternative to expensive wired retrofits. Security USA offers a several wireless packages of complementary systems to cover your home or business.

Hybrid System
Security USA also offers a hybrid system. This is in case your home or business is partially wired for security and more devices are needed. In this case, all the wired devices will be connected to the Central Control Unit and the rest will be wireless.
